Aileen Crowne helps organizations to unlock their potential, grow their talent capabilities and experience positive results through assessment tools, coaching and consulting, and team building.

With the executives, managers and professionals she has worked with, she quickly establishes trust, identifies underlying causes/issues and develops and implements strategies to grow their capabilities and competencies. They achieve results that impact the organization's growth and provide a return on investment. Certification in assessments tools, psychology, neurological research, and conflict resolution strategies combined with her practical approach and exceptional coaching experience has resulted in direct increases in productivity, retention of employees, team cohesiveness and talent development.

Her background includes senior roles in crisis management and assessment (Mount Sinai Hospital); Employee Assistance Programs in national and international programs (Off-Site Resources Inc. and Ceridian Performance Partners); career transition (Right Management, Drake Beam and Morin); and leadership and career management consulting (Crowne Holt & Associates). She holds Master's Degree in Social Work (Industrial). She was on the Board of the Employee Assistance Program of Toronto, and Association of Career Professionals International, and is currently a member of International Coaching Federation. She is also certificated in ASSESS systems.

BARRY HOLT, MBA, Certified Coach

Barry's worked with over 1000 individuals and organizations where he quickly built trust, indentified issues and their origins, jointly establishing strategies and actions that unlocked the client's real potential.

His pragmatic approach of challenging his clients has assisted them in discovering their inner strengths, stretching their capabilities, and taking on risks, developing and implementing solutions. Many are surprised from results and benefits of their efforts, gaining new confidence and expanding their competencies. The organization becomes stronger, experiencing positive growth and achievements.

Prior to his coaching career, Barry's domestic and international business background includes senior sales and service roles at IBM as well as system development supporting policy and organizational changes at Control Data. He commenced his coaching career with Stevenson Kellogg, KPMG and Miller Dallas before going on his own later combining with Aileen Crowne to form Crowne Holt & Associates in 2003.

Barry holds an MBA from Ivey (UWO) as well as a B Comm. from Concordia. More recently he completed a course in Positive Psychology and he is a member of the Association of Career Professionals.
